The Twitter account @whale_alerts had recently posted a tweet stating that over $500 thousand dollars had been transferred from Binance to an unknown wallet. This is a pretty big transaction that had people wondering where the crypto might have been heading toward.
However CZ, the founder and CEO of Binance, had recently stated that this transaction was a donation presented to the Binance Charity with the following tweet;
CZ had also mentioned that he wishes that Whale_Alerts would add Binance Charity wallets to its database to avoid the confusion again.

They also wish to increase the transparency related to philanthropic donations. For this reason, Binance BCF has made it possible to track each donation up to the level of which school the donation reaches, like a blockchain explorer.
The charity has already raised over 485 Bitcoin, equaling around $2.5 million, through 317 donors that have reached over 3688 end beneficiaries. Perhaps one of the most eye-opening facts about the benefits of Binance’s charity was at CZ’s Deconomy keynote where he had stated that each BNB donated allows for the funding of 66 days of school for a child, a marvelous feat!
Crypto.com has recently surged into the 23rd position in the market cap rankings as it presently now holds a $390 million market cap value. The cryptocurrency had seen an impressive 33% price increase over the past 24 hours, partly due to the exposure received from their donation. Furthermore, the cryptocurrency has seen a 134% price increase over the past 30 days and an even more impressive 366% price surge over the past 90 trading days.
