Ripple, in its latest episode of the Ripple Drop Series, announced that it would be powering on-demand payments for mobile applications in Kuwait. Chief Transformation Officer Salem Al Sarraf of the Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait spoke of the effort:
Before Al Sarraf proceeds to demo the payment apps and Ripple’s involvement in the process, he says,
We embedded the payments through our channels, which is mobile banking, our internet banking and our branches.
Ripple has done well in 2019, securing several partners, earning praise from them, and increasing the number of partner financial institutions on the RippleNet.
