TRON Finally To Get Along With Ethereum? Justin Sun Hints Official Collaboration

The back and forth jibing between the TRON (TRX) and Ethereum (ETH) communities makes the headlines often. If it’s not TRON Founder Justin Sun taunting that he will build “a monument in memory of Ethereum,” it’s Vitalik Buterin saying that “he would lose faith in humanity” if TRON triumphed.

But this time, it appears that cooperation, not competition, is the focus of the two projects. Sun, speaking on the Crypto Chick podcast, said, “within this year we will see Tron even collaborate, officially collaborate, with Ethereum.”

Granted, this should be taken with a reasonable amount of salt, as there isn’t much detail on this, nor has word come from Ethereum’s way. Sun also said,

I think in the future we will even collaborate with lots of Ethereum developers and also the enterprises built on Ethereum before to make the industry better.

Sun spoke on several subjects during the interview, including BitTorrent, and working with LOOM network, layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum. This could possibly have something to do with Sun mentioning collaboration, as he also mentions that the collaboration “would do something good for the industry.”

At any rate, TRON is getting an increasing amount of attention as it focuses on dapp development. Sun has some big plans for the ecosystem. Several more exchanges have begun listing the TRX token.
